Named in honor of the legacy community advocate and civil rights legend, Esau Jenkins, the project transformed a vacant parcel through thoughtful design into a “build first” community for seniors on Johns Island, South Carolina. In partnership with Sea Island Comprehensive Health Care Corporation and Ward Mungo Companies.
