The Portfolio is comprised of three historic, scattered site communities in the Brightwood community of Washington, DC. The development team was hand-picked by the tenant associations for each building to acquire, redevelop, and install professional management to stabilize the buildings. A public private partnership developed in partnership with The Hampstead Group.
