Providence Place is a faith-based planned unit development located on the historic campus of the Progressive National Baptist Convention (PNBC) in Washington, DC. Developed in partnership with PNBC, the District of Columbia’s Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development, and Atlantic Pacific Communities, this project served as a “build first” model for the District’s New Communities Initiative.
